Kathy Erland

I am a Residential Sales Associate in the Wallingford Regional Office.

As a long-time resident of Wallingford, I have extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Wallingford and surrounding towns.

I am well-connected to the communities I serve and adept at dealing with a variety of people and their demands.

Prior to real estate I worked at Yale Law School, where I was Secretary to the Registrar and the Executive Secretary to the Appointments Committee.  I have also worked part-time for the Wallingford Board of Education as a substitute para-educator and have provided clerical support.

I live in Wallingford with my husband, Ken, and I have two grown sons, Kyle and Ryan.
