Mark Odyniec

Mark Odyniec, is a real estate agent for Pearce Real Estate's highly respected Edgehill Team, a top producing Team at Pearce for 15+ years.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and a strong local connection to his new role. Born in New York City, he has spent most of his life in Connecticut shoreline communities, including the past 20 years in Madison. Before beginning his real estate career, Mark worked for three decades in banking, serving as a branch manager and mortgage originator with M&T Bank (formerly People’s United Bank). His extensive background in home financing gives him a unique perspective on the buying process—making his transition to Realtor® a natural one.

Mark and his wife, Terri—Assistant Director of Financial Reporting at the Yale University School of Medicine—are both proud graduates of the University of Connecticut, and each earned graduate degrees from the University of New Haven. They have two children: a daughter who works as an accountant at PwC in Boston, and a son who is a senior at The Ohio State University, majoring in accounting.

Active in the community, Mark is a former Rotarian in both West Haven and Madison and currently serves on the Board of the Creative Arts Workshop in New Haven. In his free time, he enjoys a wide variety of activities including downhill skiing, pickleball, basketball, softball, golf, and kayaking.
