Mariah Hudson

Mariah is a member of Edgehill Team of the New Haven Office.

Mariah brings a diverse professional background in healthcare, retail, customer service, and management. These experiences have helped her develop strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills that will serve her well in real estate. She also holds an Associate of Science degree in Radiology Technology from Sacred Heart Academy.

With a people-first approach to real estate, Mariah understands the importance of listening, building trust, and helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and informed throughout one of life’s most important decisions. She is committed to creating meaningful relationships and providing guidance to help her clients navigate the real estate process.

Having lived in Hamden for more than five years, Mariah is excited to continue building connections within the local community. She chose Pearce Real Estate because of its strong Connecticut presence and its commitment to relationships, professional growth, and collaboration. She looks forward to learning, growing her career, and helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Outside of real estate, Mariah enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé along with her daughter and son. Their family also includes Rusty, their adorable mini poodle! In her free time, she loves practicing yoga, discovering local coffee shops and matcha spots, reading, and enjoying the beauty of nature.
