Carl Russell is a commercial real estate agent.
Carl is a specialist in investment analysis and offers his clients more than 45 years of experience in the field of real estate. He received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA in International Trade and Finance from Lehigh University.
Carl is a senior instructor for the National Association of REALTORS®' Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute C.C.I.M. program. He was named the "Instructor of the Year" in 1996, and received the prestigious Victor L. Lyon Award in 1997 for his contributions to the C.C.I.M. program. He has also been honored with a Named Endowed Scholarship which was presented by the Connecticut C.C.I.M. Chapter.
In addition to teaching for C.C.I.M., Carl has been an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at New York University. He also holds memberships in the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
He is a past president of the CT Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (S.I.O.R), the CT C.C.I.M. Chapter, Connecticut C.I.D. chapter, and Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®, and has been named "REALTORS®of the Year" by the Greater New Haven Board of REALTORS®.
Carl is also a past President of the Rotary Club of Orange, a member of the Orange Economic Development Corporation, and is on the Board of Directors for the Orange Development Commission. He is also the past President of REEF, the Real Estate Education Foundation of the New Haven Board of REALTORS®. A native of New Haven, Carl and his wife, Marla, reside in Orange where they raised two sons.
