Leslie Miller-Dancy is a residential sales agent in Pearce Real Estate's New Haven office.

Having lived in New Haven for over a year, Leslie has a deep appreciation for the city's rich history, vibrant culture, and diverse neighborhoods. Her experience as an Airbnb property manager has given her hands-on expertise in property presentation, guest services, and short-term rental investment strategies—insights that can be invaluable to both buyers and sellers.

A graduate of Trinity College and Le Cordon Bleu, Leslie is also a professionally trained chef and Sommelier-certified. She brings attention for detail and a hospitality-driven mindset to her real estate practice. Whether helping clients envision the potential in a kitchen or understanding how a home can serve as a gathering place, Leslie’s background gives her a distinctive edge.

In addition to her professional credentials, Leslie is a passionate botanist and proud member of the Connecticut Botanical Society. Her hobbies include recipe development, exploring aviation history, enjoying live music, and hitting the Peloton. She also loves the outdoors.
