Barbara L. PearceChair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Senior Commercial Associate Christopher Nolan and Senior Commercial Broker Carl Russell have sold an industrial property in Middletown, CT.

The many assets of the approximately 30,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 35 Industrial Park Place, Middletown, CT, created a strong demand for the building. It sits on approximately four acres, and its Central Connecticut location along the I-91 corridor, as well as its proximity to large municipal centers, including Hartford, Middletown and New Haven, were strong considerations of interested buyers.

Nolan and Russell served as both the listing and selling agents representing seller James Gerber of Palatine, IL., as well as the buyer in this transaction.

Chris Nolan has served as President of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS® (now the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS®) and as a State Director for that local Association. Nolan was also a founding committee member of The Downtown Real Estate Brokers’ Committee for a Better New Haven. Throughout his real estate career, Nolan has also been active in community service, including sitting on the Executive Board and serving as Vice-Chairman of the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Chris Nolan can be reached at 203-281-9312 or [email protected].

Russell is a specialist in investment analysis, offering his clients more than 50 years of experience in the field of real estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He has won multiple awards for his work in the commercial real estate profession, and he was a well-respected instructor in the National Association of REALTORS®’ Commercial Investment Real Estate CCIM program.
