Nanette Pastore, President of Pearce Real Estate, is proud to announce it has begun a December Coat Drive, partnering once again with One Warm Coat, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing coats to individuals in need. Throughout the month of December, community members are invited to drop off gently used, good-condition coats at three participating Pearce offices. All donated coats will be delivered to nonprofit organizations working with vulnerable adults and at-risk youth in Greater New Haven.
From Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Pearce Real Estate will accept coat donations at the following offices:
- Guilford Office – 18 Church Street, Guilford | 203-453-2737
- Milford Office – 122 Broad Street, Milford | 203-783-9999
- North Haven Office – 393 State Street, North Haven | 203-281-3400
This initiative aligns with Pearce Real Estate’s long-standing commitment to community service throughout Greater New Haven.
One Warm Coat (onewarmcoat.org) is a national nonprofit that has provided more than $8 million coats to children and adults since 1992. Its mission is simple: ensure that no one goes cold by supporting volunteer-led coat drives and distributing coats through local nonprofits across the country.
