Pearce Broker Secures Long-Term Lease for Office Space on the Milford Green

Barbara L. PearceChair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Commercial Broker Richard Lombardo is responsible for securing a long-term tenant for a unit of office space at 122 Broad Street in Milford.

Dillman & Dillman, a licensed company with expertise in property loss and adjustment based in Connecticut, is expanding its presence into Milford with newly renovated offices on the Green. When renovations are completed the family-owned and operated public adjusting company will occupy space that was formerly the long-time home to an optometrist who recently retired. The building also houses one of Pearce Real Estate’s six offices and a hair salon.

Lombardo’s expertise is in the commercial and industrial field of real estate. As a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) and a Certified Carbon Reduction Manager (CRM) Lombardo has assisted design professionals and customers in evaluation of energy efficient options and alternatives pertaining to new construction, renovation, HVAC equipment, and industrial process improvement, all relating to energy savings. He is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS® Commercial Industrial Division (GNHAR-CID).

Lombardo is a past Board Member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, a past President of the Devon Rotary, and a broker for 25 years.
