Barbara L. Pearce, Chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Senior Commercial Associates Chris Nolan and Dave Melillo have sold two parcels and a building at 10 Lyman Street in New Haven.

Cougar Electronics II Corporation, a long-term tenant of the 10,518-square-foot, free-standing industrial building, purchased the site from Lyman Associates, LLC. Cougar Electronics has more than 40 years of experience designing, producing and refurbishing power electronics stacks for its customers throughout the northeast. The company services many industrial areas including transportation, welding equipment; oil and pipeline protection equipment, and medical equipment, as well as other high power industrial applications, according to its website.
Nolan has served as President of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®, Inc., and completed a three-year term
as a State Director of the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®, Inc., now known as the New Haven Middlesex REALTORS®. Also, Nolan was a founding committee member of The Downtown Real Estate Brokers’ Committee for a Better New Haven.
Melillo is a member of the State of Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and the New Haven Middlesex REALTORS® and is an active member of the NHMR’s Commercial Investment Division (CID). He is also a past chairperson of the New Haven CID, and a graduate of the American Bankers Association National School of Real Estate Finance.
