Marcia Delfini

Marcia has been a successful real estate professional for 28+ years with experience in both the Greater New Haven and Shoreline (Branford, Guilford, Madison) communities.

Professional

Marcia has a wealth of marketplace knowledge that benefits both buyers and sellers. Her sales over the last two decades include many luxury home properties in Pine Orchard, Stony Creek, Pawson Park and other Branford and Guilford neighborhoods, including three Thimble Islands. Her knowledge of the Shoreline is unparalleled.

She also served as Secretary of the Pine Orchard Yacht and Country Club, the first woman to hold a seat on the Executive Board in the 100 year history of the club. She is a former 10 year volunteer of the Red Cross Blood Mobile. Marcia is an avid golfer, tennis player, and gardener.

Prior to joining Pearce, Marcia was a surgical intensive care nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, St.Vincent’s Hospital, and Georgetown University Hospital. She also was an instructor of the Nurse Assistant course at Branford High School.

Marcia is a consistent Top Producer and member of the "President’s Circle." She earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is held by only approximately 4% of the nation's REALTORS^®.

She is a member of the New Haven Middlesex Board of REALTORS^®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS^®, and National Association of REALTORS^®.

Personal

Marcia lives with her husband, Ron, in the Pine Orchard area of Branford. They have two sons and five grandchildren. As a member of the Pine Orchard community, she served two terms as clerk of the Pine Orchard Association.
