Gerri Sutfin is a residential real estate agent.
Gerri is a native of New Haven and has lived in the region all her life. She brings to the table a thorough knowledge of the area. She raised her three sons in Hamden, was the PTA treasurer for many years, and was actively involved in the school sports programs. Gerri earned her BS in elementary education from Southern Connecticut State University.
In 1999, she joined Pearce Real Estate, sold her first house within two weeks, and went on to become “Rookie of the Year.” Since then, she has successfully helped many buyers and sellers through the unpredictable process of a real estate transaction.
Today, Gerri is a Residential Sales Associate in the New Haven office working with buyers and sellers in all of New Haven County and eastern Fairfield County. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Formerly, Gerri worked in sales for 12 years for a large greeting card company, traveling widely throughout the state. She has a passion for interior decorating and loves to read. When she is not selling real estate, she is enjoying all of her grandchildren.
