Bradley Fleming

Bradley is a Residential Sales Associate in the New Haven Office.

Fleming grew up in town and is a third-generation real estate professional. Pearce Real Estate was started by his grandfather, Herb Pearce, and managed for many years by his mother, Barbara Pearce, who still works at the firm.

Fleming graduated from The Foote School, Wilbur Cross High School, and Trinity College. He worked for years in the farming field, from CSAs to urban gardens and youth education.

Among his hobbies are golf, tennis, and ultimate frisbee. He lives in East Rock and has formed a real estate team with his wife, Leslie Fleming, née Miller-Dancy.

He has a lifetime of local knowledge and looks forward to helping you with any and all of your real estate needs!
