Nanette Pastore

Nanette Pastore is the President of Pearce Real Estate Co., Inc. and a proud 35+ year veteran of the company.

Her career began at corporate headquarters as Senior Office Administrator, working closely with Chair and CEO Barbara Pearce and founder Herb Pearce. She went on to serve as Director of Administration, later Senior Vice President, and now President—a steady progression that reflects her dedication, leadership, and deep knowledge of the business.

Nanette is committed to upholding the highest professional standards in real estate, ensuring ethical and fair treatment for both clients and associates. She holds several professional designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).

Beyond her leadership role at Pearce, Nanette has been active in the industry and community. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and as Treasurer of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors. She has also contributed her time to the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the United Way Allocation Committee for Wallingford and Meriden. Recognized for her impact, she was named Woman of the Year in 2020 by the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and previously honored as a Woman of FIRE by The Commercial Record.

Passionate about giving back, Nanette continues to support social causes within Pearce’s communities. She brings her enthusiasm, expertise, and professionalism to work every day and enjoys mentoring those interested in pursuing a career in real estate.
