Bergin and Russell garnered the recent CoStar honor working collaboratively to lease three bays at 65-145 Furniture Row in Milford. The three bays combined total 40,650 square feet of industrial warehouse space, almost a quarter of the entire 200,000-square-foot facility. With this transaction, the facility is completely leased.
