Nelly Odenwaelder is the manager of the highly productive New Haven & Branford Offices.

The New Haven Office is surrounded by the Arts District, Theatres, trendy Restaurants, Yale University & the hospitals of St. Raphael's, Yale & the new cancer center.  N ew Haven continues to benefit from a solid economic base which includes Yale University, two major hospitals, theatre, the arts, symphony & museums.  She has cultivated the growth & production of the office since its inception in 1989 to the highest ranking office in the H. Pearce Company.

The Branford Office is located one block from the Branford Green, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, retail stores & professional offices. The office enjoys large sun drenched windows where Pearce listings are displayed for the enjoyment of the busy pedestrian traffic on Main Street.

In recent years she has seen & encouraged the emergence of Teams as an excellent mentoring process and way to increased production levels. 

  • Full time (non-selling) manager, with 34 years of real estate experience, of which 30 have been in management.
  • Committed to the professionalism of the New Haven & Branford agents.
  • Realtor Associate of the Year for the New Haven Association in 1988 and nominated for Realtor of the year in 1991.
  • Has been active on most committees of several boards over the past 34 years.  (The Hartford Board, Middletown Board, Shoreline Board & New Haven Association).
  • Served on the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Association for several years.
  • Member of the First Focus Group (Structural Audit Task Force) for CAR.
  • Served as the Regional Team Captain for the New Haven Association's Focus group.
